Bossaball Sports S.L. is the owner of all rights worldwide. Bossaball Sports S.L. is protected through international copyright and additional trademark and design patents worldwide. 

Bossaball courts may only be purchased through Bossaball Sports S.L. and/or its licensed partners. Bossaball courts that have not been produced by our official manufacturers and have not been sold through Bossaball Sports S.L. and/or its licensed partners, are counterfeit Bossaball courts. They are neither produced nor approved by us and thus entail considerable security risks for the players and participants, apart from infringing Intellectual Property rights.

Bossaball Sports S.L. will prosecute any action that violates its rights through its collaboration with law offices all over the world, specialized in Intellectual Property rights. We will track down copy cats and convert the counterfeit courts into our merchandise articles!

Bossaball Sports S.L. is concerned about the security of its customers and therefore all springs and bars are fully covered by large inflatables. From each side of the trampolines, the width of the inflatable is at least 3 m to avoid the trampoline jumper falling off the court.

We have developed many tests in order to obtain a Certificate of Approval, issued by AIB Vinçotte. The equipment is manufactured conform CE standards (Norm EN-1176-1).

The officially approved technical logbook contains:

Type-examination inspection report Inflatable

Approval certificates of all components

Physical properties tests of the used PVC, including positive test results of flammability and tensile strength

Users manual including safety
