Bossaball can be played in teams of 3, 4 or 5 players.
The height of the net in between both fields can be adjusted for different levels such as professionals, men, women or children.

The aim of Bossaball is for each team to ground the ball on the opponent's field.

Each team is entitled to a maximum of 6 ball touches within its own field, while the trampoline jumper gains height to prepare a (spectacular) smash.

Any body part can be used to play the ball. Players can touch the ball once with their hands (volley touch), or double touch it with their feet and/or head (soccer touch).

Once a team grounds the ball on the inflatables, it gains 1 point. Scoring on the trampolines is worth 3 points.

Hitting the bossawall (= the ring around the trampoline) doesn´t count as a score, so the rally continues.
The player on the trampoline is the goalkeeper of the three point zone. When this player saves the ball out of this three point zone and passes to his team mates, the trampoline player becomes the main striker within the same rally.
